Future trends in Food Science and Technology
Associated professor Ivi Jõudu is head of Chair of Food Science and Technology at Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of Estonian University of Life Sciences (EMU). The main topics of her research have been in the area dairy science, food by-products valorisation, food chemistry and analysis. She is coordinator of ERA Chair for Food (By-)Products Valorisation Technologies (VALORTECH) project, member of EFSA Scientific Network of Novel Foods and member of several administrative committee of the EMU and professional organizations. She is an author and co-author of over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals (H-index 11) and supervised many master’s and doctoral students.
