Professor Enn Lust

The Organising Committee of BSE 2018 is delighted to present the first confirmed Keynote Speaker of this year’s Conference. Member of Academy of Science of Estonia, Professor Enn Lust from University of Tartu has agreed to give a keynote speech on the future of fuel cells in the sustainable energy production.

Prof. Enn Lust (M) is Director of The Institute of Chemistry at The University of Tartu, PI of the Estonian Centre of the Excellence of Science in the field of sustainable energetics. He is also a full member of Academy of Science of Estonia. His main research areas are development of nanoporous materials with high specific surface area, solvents, electrolytes and membranes for non-aqueous electrical double layer capacitors and PEM, development of the medium-temperature (500…700°C) solid oxide fuel cells, investigations of various materials with thin protective films, and development of novel in operando surface analysis methods. He has published over 300 Web of Science papers (H-index 31).
