BSE 2027 has been announced – First call for Abstracts

Dear colleagues,
We invite you to submit abstracts for the 17th International Conference Biosystems Engineering 2027, held at the Estonian University of Life Sciences in Tartu, Estonia, from 5 to 7 May 2027.

The conference aims to become the leading annual meeting in the Baltic region for traditional and modern engineering techniques and technical solutions applied to biological systems. It brings together researchers, engineers, students and industry representatives from around the world to present recent advances, exchange ideas and build new collaborations. Participants will meet experts working on the fundamentals, applications and products of biosystems engineering.

December 1st, 2026 Deadline for submission of abstracts
December 19th, 2026 Notification of acceptance of abstracts
February 1st, 2027 Submission of the full-length manuscripts to Agronomy Research (not mandatory)
March 6th, 2027 Deadline for registration at Early-Bird Rate – 300 EUR per participant and 250 EUR per student
April 1th, 2027 Deadline for submission of abstracts without full-paper
April 24th, 2027 Deadline for registration with Late Fee – 450 EUR per participant and 400 EUR per student
May 1st, 2027 Full Conference program will be available
May 5-7th, 2027 CONFERENCE

From abstract to publication
Every accepted abstract goes into the conference book of abstracts. If you want to go further, you can turn your work into a full paper for peer review. We offer special issues in Agronomy Research and Energies.

Tartu is a compact, walkable university town, and the conference venue is on the campus itself, so talks, coffee breaks and conversations all happen in one place. It is a good setting for the kind of discussions that lead to joint papers and projects.
