Submission of Papers

Note: You can participate in the conference by submitting only an abstract. It is not compulsory to submit a full-paper.

Authors of the accepted abstracts will be invited to submit their full papers (including figures, tables and references) to the topical special issues in:

• AGRONOMY RESEARCH indexed by SCOPUS, EBSCO, CABI Full Paper and Clarivate Analytics database: (Zoological Records, Biological Abstracts and BIOSIS citation index, AGRIS, ISPI, CAB Abstracts, AGRICOLA (NAL; USA), VINITI, INIST-PASCAL.), DOAJ.

Publication in Agronomy Research is complementary to the BSE participation. Everyone is invited to submit your full paper through the Manuscript Manager platform. While preparing the manuscripts, authors are requested to adhere to the instructions for authors which can be found at Instructions for Authors (Agronomy Research).

The publication fee for the journal Energies is not included in the BSE publication fee. Only selected papers will be invited to submit their full paper to Energies. Before submission to the Journal Energies the manuscript should be submitted to the Journal Agronomy Research for an initial quality check. While preparing the manuscripts, authors are requested to adhere to the instructions for authors which can be found at Instructions for authors (Energies).

Guidelines for papers

Contributions will be accepted on the understanding that the authors have obtained the necessary authority for publication and that the article is original and unpublished and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Upon acceptance of an article, the author(s) will be asked to transfer the copyright of the article to the publisher.

Papers should be in English (British spelling). Authors are strongly urged to have the papers reviewed linguistically prior to submitting.

The corresponding author will be notified about the successful submission of the manuscript immediately after submission. In the event that such notification was not received, please contact the organising committee at bse@emu.ee

All papers are rigorously peer-reviewed by specialists in the specific field before acceptance.
Non-acceptance of the full paper does not exclude one from participation at the BSE 2025 Conference. Authors with accepted abstracts can still present their research at poster session of the Conference.
